In terms of nutrition in amateur sports, you can find it everywhere, at the gym, your community center or on most any forum. In terms of nutrition in the pro lifestyle, it's a little more complex, but you really have to take what you learn from other people and apply it to your bodybuilding.One point I often talk about when speaking to people who are interested and ask for advice is that there's a lot of really great stuff out there for young bodybuilders that I just won't mention here, but one of the things people always ask for is protein intake, and that's why you see many great athletes in the pro wrestling world using a lot of whey or whey isolate and other things that will help build muscle.
